Walls & Futures REIT plc is a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) investing in residential property, focusing on the social housing sector. Our customers and strategic partners include local authorities, NHS trusts, housing associations, charities and care providers. We provide tailored housing solutions which include design, project management and development within a sustainable funding framework.

There is a chronic undersupply of social housing which we are seeking to address by delivering quality homes across supported housing, extra care and general needs. We deliver homes that meet the needs of some of the most vulnerable individuals in society including autism, learning disabilities, mental health and life changing injuries. Our solutions offer long term security and where people are moving from an institutional setting, enables them to live more independent and fulfilling lives.

We work closely with commissioners to understand and deliver a housing solution which best fits an individuals need, one which can adapt and provide a home for life where possible. Homes can be re-furbished or developed to include the installation of track hoist systems, wet rooms, height adjustable baths, ramps and assistive technology.

Our target is to deliver a long-term annual net return of 7-9% of which 3-4% will be paid in the form of a dividend. As a company that adds capacity through the delivery of new homes we aim to generate secure long term income, combining potential financial return with a positive social impact
