Stuart has an outstanding track record of influential and impactful report-writing and authorship. This includes delivering regulatory inspection reports for over 100 local authorities, transport executives and housing bodies for a range of clients including the Audit Commission and Wales Audit Office; and PLCs such as Stagecoach and Environmental Waste Controls (EWC).
Stuart is an Accredited SROI Practitioner and has authored and published social impact and evaluation reports for bodies as diverse as the UK Home Office, the Global Social Economic Forum, the Social Stock Exchange, Figbytes Inc, Social Enterprise Network and Stagecoach plc.
As a management consultant, Stuart has wide-ranging expertise within housing, manufacturing, central government and social sectors. He is well renowned for his thought-leadership around CSR, social impact and community benefits and authored and launched the Social Value Charter for Liverpool in 2014 whilst also architecting the ground-breaking 10% More initiative to help secure significant inward investment from within the Liverpool City Region.
