Having worked across the public Sector for 20 years, then private sector delivering public services I apply a commercial lens to impactful businesses. Having worked with Big Society Capital to create projects that support VCSE growth, the impact arena and SSX was a natural career progression. Now, through IIN I am committed to helping business make a difference!

Lesley Beattie

A successful developer of businesses and pride myself on knowing my client, product and industry. Paul Ryder

Creating effective partnerships is my passion and has been the focus of my career across the public and private sectors. As a trained assessor I’m excited about supporting members to understand their impact and to communicate and present what they do to investors. Being results focused and client orientated enables me help members engage quickly and achieve their goals.

Todd Ryan

My career to date has been spent in regulated and pressurised work environments, the last 10 years of which in Asset Management, where I managed an investment programme of £350m, striking the right balance between risk and benefit. I’m a dedicated team player, who is committed to developing mutually beneficial relationships with our clients and stakeholders.

I have worked extensively in sales and marketing for over 20 years, and as Client Services Director for one of the largest network marketing agencies in the UK. My background and skills set is focused on helping build businesses, driving sales growth and profitability. I have worked extensively in B2B for blue chips and can bring big brand thinking to challenger organisations.

My strengths are in strategic marketing, sales and marketing planning and business development. I have been fortunate enough to have launched businesses and brands, developed innovative multi-channel acquisition and retention strategies for major blue chips and helped innovative challenger brands make significant market breakthroughs.
